oh great. todae's trg seemed tiring, but after coming up i realised everything doesn't seem as bad as it looks. im really going to give all out for the last 2 mths n 2 wks of my canoeing life so that i won't have any regrets when i look back. 3 things to tell myself when im tired

1) pull a length of water!
2) everyone is tired, you're not the only special one
3) think! think! think!!!!!! dont drop your rating!

i realise how much a person behind can put in is rather dependent on the person in front. mayb thats why pple behind want a higher rating while the pple in front always complain that the rating is too high n tiring. i need to be mentally stronger, i need to continue fighting till the very end.i need to work harder towards what i want to achieve.
